Sow Crazy Refund & Returns Policy
At Sow Crazy, we want you to be delighted with your wildflower seed order. Every pack is carefully picked and packed to ensure quality, but we understand that sometimes issues can arise.
🌼 Order Cancellations
If you change your mind after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.
📦 Returns Policy
Because seeds are a perishable, living product, we’re unable to accept returns of opened seed packets.
If you need to return an unopened item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original condition. You’ll be responsible for return postage unless the product was faulty or sent in error.
🔄 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your seeds arrive damaged or there’s a mistake with your order, please let us know within 7 days. We’ll resolve the issue promptly, either with a replacement or refund.
